
Job Description
Contract Duration: September 22, 2025 – October 31, 2026 (1-year contract, with strong potential for renewal)
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 days in office, Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory)
Department: Real Estate Projects
Must Have: Fluency French and English
Rate: $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations within the Real Estate Projects department.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices related to construction contracts.
- Assist with data entry, validation, and error-checking in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Analyze and export data using Excel for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, ideally within real estate or construction CAPEX projects.
- Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle and purchasing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel (data export, analysis, and reporting).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in documentation and data.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Self-starter with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience supporting CAPEX projects in real estate or construction.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and contract structures.
