<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Maternity Leave coverage temporary December 01, 2025 to November 30, 2026.</strong></p><p>The primary function of the Accounts <span >Receivable/Accounts</span> Payable Associate is to support the Division locations daily administration functions. The ideal Accounts <span >Receivable/Accounts</span> Payable Associate is an effective communicator who can work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changes with minimal disruption to daily duties and processes. The chosen candidate must have prior experience with AR/AP data entry. They can work within a team-based culture, have strong analytical skills, and can focus on conversations to consider the information needed and then provide the results required.</p><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><p>• <span >Communication/Teamwork</span></p><p>• Critical <span >Thinking/Analytical</span> Skills </p><p>• Technical Skills Excel </p><p>• Problem Solving </p><p>• Fluency with data & Metrics </p><p>• Logic/Result Focus </p><p>• Creative and Innovative Thinking </p><p>• Prioritization</p><p></p><p><strong>Performance Requirements </strong></p><p>• Manage flow of paperwork and filing</p><p>• A/R review and collect accounts as required as well as take/post payments and take payments to the bank.</p><p>• A/P process product receiving paperwork to receive materials. </p><p>• A/P post and process small bills and employee expenses. </p><p>• Administer inventory counts/cycle counts. Make inventory adjustments. </p><p>• Invoice sales invoices including posting freight to the orders. </p><p>• Generate sales journal reports for management. </p><p>• Administer timecards for head office. </p><p>• Perform related clerical duties such as faxing and photocopying. </p><p>• Working with other regional branches as it relates to shared expenses. </p><p></p><p><strong>Standards of Performance </strong></p><p>• Minimum of 2 years AR/AP administration. </p><p>• Strong computer skills </p><p>• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies & procedures. </p><p>• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate with all levels of the organization. </p><p>• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.</p><p></p><p><strong>Work Conditions</strong></p><p>• Full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and any overtime as required. </p><p>• Report directly to Division Manager. </p><p>• Maternity Coverage - Temporary December 01, 2025 to November 30, 2026.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
