<p><strong>Role:</strong> Applied ML Engineer</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Halifax, CA (Remote)</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will build and deploy ML models such as propensity, uplift, and engagement models for a high-performance decisioning system. You'll develop production-grade pipelines, create monitoring workflows, and deliver explainability outputs while supporting integration with real-time scoring services.</p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of Python, XGBoost/LightGBM, Databricks/Spark, MLflow, feature stores</li><li>5+ years operationalizing ML in production with low-latency scoring</li><li>5+ years using GenAI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot (<strong>required</strong>)</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
