The studio works across a diverse mix of multifamily mid rise residential, wood frame townhome communities, single family custom homes, civic and community spaces and small to medium scale commercial developments. This is a great fit for someone who values collaboration, autonomy and long term stability in a well established studio.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking a technically strong architectural professional with hands on construction administration experience. This role focuses on CA support for a range of residential and commercial projects including multifamily mid rise buildings, townhome communities, single family homes and small scale commercial sites. You will serve as a key technical resource and primary coordination point between the studio and construction teams.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings experience resolving issues on site, confidence working with contractors and consultants and strong knowledge of BCBC and municipal requirements.
