<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><br /><b>Site Superintendent ICI-construction<br />London <br />Vacation, benefits, Bonus,<br />$75-$95k depending on experience </b><br><br><b>We would like to schedule a call to discuss the ICI projects you have been a part of. </b><br><br><b>Overview:</b><br />The Assistant Site Superintendent is responsible for helping lead the on-site team throughout the entire duration of the project. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, consultants, and clients to foster a productive and safe work environment. The assistant Superintendent will be assisting with all field operations including budget adherence, scheduling, safety compliance, and performance metrics. <br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define project objectives, key deliverables, and ensure alignment with overarching business strategies.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including communication strategies, reporting frameworks, and risk assessments.</li><li>Assess resource and staffing requirements to efficiently meet project milestones and performance targets.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed budget estimates; adjust financial plans in response to evolving project conditions.</li><li>Work with department heads to evaluate staffing needs and secure appropriate internal or external personnel.</li><li>Identify critical project dependencies and proactively manage schedules to maintain alignment with the critical path.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones using appropriate project management tools.</li><li>Continuously monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and ensure alignment with defined goals and quality standards.</li></ul><b>Candidate Profile</b><ul><li>7–10 years of experience in construction project management, commercial and institutional projects.</li><li>Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing commercial and institutional builds, including new construction and major additions.</li><li>Proven ability to lead complex projects involving full-cycle execution, client communication, operations, and administration.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at collaborating with internal teams and engaging external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience directing multidisciplinary project teams and providing performance feedback.</li><li>Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building trades, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and MS Project.</li></ul><br /></p></p>Create Your Resume First
