This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can grow professionally while making a positive impact on patients' oral health.</p><p>Duties<br><br>As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and assessments</li><li>Diagnosing dental conditions and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs</li><li>Performing a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry</li><li>Utilizing dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient management and record keeping</li><li>Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care</li><li>Collaborating with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols</li></ul><p>Experience<br><br>The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><li>A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients</li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology is advantageous</li><li>Proficiency in using dental software systems, specifically Epic and Dentrix</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages</li></ul><p>Join our team and contribute to creating beautiful smiles while advancing your career in dentistry</p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $99,075.88-$398,817.83 per year</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
