Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team within the Transformation Office (TO), tasked with identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions by leveraging a variety of emerging technologies. These technologies encompass Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, Business Process Management, APIs, and Cloud Services.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As an Automation Developer within the Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing automated solutions for the Citco Group. You will collaborate closely with process owners and business unit representatives to streamline and digitize operational processes, thereby driving significant efficiency and cost savings for Citco.
Understand business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
Assess candidate business processes for transformation and/or automation
Work with business SMEs and technical team to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
Create and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change
Work with Process Owners and Business Leads to rollout completed solutions to target teams/offices
Participate in product backlog maintenance and grooming
Participate in daily scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
Weekend testing will be required for releases (new functionality, bugs, enhancements, upgrades); generally, one or two releases are scheduled per quarter

Qualifications
About You:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience using cloud infrastructure
Experience using source code control systems
Experience using APIs
Ability to efficiently develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, clean, transform, and augment large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Ability to design, evaluate, and monitor key metrics with business partner
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral
Ability to work independently
Assets:
Knowledge of financial products and hedge fund administration
Strong analytical skills for business requirements and clear documentation
Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, design docs, and process flows
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate
Experience with automated testing
