<p>Fraser Ford-Oshawa</p><p>We are seeking Automotive Service Technicians. Licensed or ready to write 310S license technicians will be considered.</p><p>Ford Experience is an asset but not a necessity. We are looking for a motivated team player that takes pride in their work. With our Shop Foreman, whom has over 25 years of Ford experience, leadership and guidance is always available to ensure you will be successful with our team.</p><p>Compensation is $36.04 per hour. Steady consistent work with a well established truly Family Owned and Operated Dealership.</p><p>Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm. One Saturday per month required.</p><p>What are some of the items we offer?</p><p>• Benefits</p><p>• Productivity Bonuses</p><p>• Employee Purchase programs</p><p>• Factory Training</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Follow all Ford specified Repair Guidelines to the accepted quality levels.</p><p>• Perform all repairs and maintenance designated to you.</p><p>• Maintain a pleasant attitude and ability to work well with all members of staff.</p><p>• Perform a visual inspection of vehicles and recommend service/repairs as required.</p><p>• Communicate vehicle repair/maintenance needs to service team accurately.</p><p>• Road testing of vehicles before and after repairs for thorough diagnosis and confirmation of quality repair completion.</p><p>• Ensure proper warranty protocols are being met (punch times, Cause/Concern/Correction, warrantable defects, etc.</p><p>• Encompass a "safety first" attitude (i.e.: ensure wheels properly torqued after tire swaps).</p><p>• Arrive to work on time and ready to work.</p><p>• Provide own personal tools and tool box.</p><p>• Maintain and provide a valid driver's licence with clean driver's record.</p><p>• Complete all required Ford and dealership training.</p><p>Only eligible responses will be contacted for interview times.
