B2B Sales Associate

As a B2B Sales Associate, you will join a growing, energetic team focused on helping businesses access tailored services and solutions designed to support their growth.
This is a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about relationship-building, eager to learn, and motivated to develop a long-term career in B2B sales. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and strong team support, you will gain the skills needed to succeed and grow within our organization.
Please note: This role requires working a minimum of five days per week from our office at 23 Lesmill Rd Unit 212, North York, ON. As the position involves in-person client meetings, access to a vehicle is mandatory. This role includes performance-based compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our enterprise partner's business solutions through professional interactions with small and mid-sized business clients
- Engage with assigned accounts while identifying new B2B opportunities within your designated territory or industry segment
- Build strong client relationships and guide decision-makers through tailored product and service offerings
- Support sales campaigns, client onboarding, and promotional initiatives to drive account growth
- Collaborate with your team and manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and professional presence
- Interest in B2B sales, account management, or corporate sales environments
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently and within a team
- Vehicle required due to regular in-person meetings and commuting
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or related roles
- Student mentality and willingness to learn — comprehensive training provided
- A company-provided Sterling background check will be required for successful candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,381.47-$64,780.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
