Through proactive monitoring, staff training, and vendor coordination, the position supports energy efficiency, cost savings, and system reliability—contributing directly to Minto's commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.</p><p>Here's how you'll contribute</p><ul><li>Optimize BAS settings and sequences, conduct site audits to ensure ongoing efficiency and cost savings</li><li>Support and train site staff on mechanical systems and operations, troubleshoot BAS and HVAC issues, where needed coordinate repairs with the appropriate contractor and site staff</li><li>Monitor BAS remotely and coordinate alarm response, ensure BAS trend logs are maintained</li><li>Integrate AI-driven BAS for energy efficiency and performance, ensure ongoing communications between platforms and equipment, coordinate with Minto IT department on network security and reliability</li><li>Commission BAS controls for new HVAC systems, review project designs for BAS compatibility and provide input on BAS-related capex projects</li><li>Oversee BAS vendor maintenance and inspections</li><li>Participate in demand response and utility programs, liaise with utilities and consultants on utility incentives</li></ul><p>What you bring to the team</p><p>Here's what will help you stand out.
