<p>About the Role:</p><p>Our Customer Content Services team consists of supportive and goal-driven professionals who are dedicated to helping our client base find success through our diverse portfolio of communications solutions.</p><p>In this role, editors will work directly with our clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience to help drive their corporate objectives. Working as a team, our editors are the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the distribution process and act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client’s communication needs. Editors also offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility.</p><p>PR Newswire supports editors through career progression and personal growth opportunities as they advance within the role. We take pride in our service and support of one another.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Provide excellent customer service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction via phone and email</p><p>Set up and confirm orders submitted for distribution through PR Newswire including vetting content for acceptability, reviewing and confirming order details with clients to accurately pass information through a processing queue, counseling clients on additional product solutions, and providing effective communication both verbal and written to support clients through the distribution process</p><p>Be the point of resolution whenever possible</p><p>Educate clients on PR Newswire products, services and procedures</p><p>Meet or exceed activity metrics as assigned</p><p>Navigate various platforms and databases such as Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and other proprietary platforms and databases.</p><p>Ability to reprioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and client expectations</p><p>Form successful internal partnerships with other departments to improve ability to support customer needs (these areas include Finance, Technology, Sales, Product)</p><p>Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs</p><p>Must be bilingual French written and spoken.</p><p><br></p><p>Shift: Sunday 8am-4pm, Mon-Thurs 10am-6pm</p>
