<p><strong>Software International (SI)</strong> supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.</p> <p>We currently have a multiple, re-extendable, long term contract roles as a <strong>Bilingual </strong><strong>Solution Architect - SAP HR </strong>with our global SAP consulting client, working onsite at large CPGclient's office 2-3 days a week in Montreal. This is a 6 month contract initially, but will be extended long term.</p> <p><br><strong>Role: </strong><strong></strong>Bilingual Solution Architect - SAP HR<strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Contract</p> <p><strong># of Roles</strong>: 1</p> <p><strong>Duration: 6</strong> months to start + multiple long term extensions</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Montreal, QC - Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite <br></p> <p><strong>Rate:</strong> $100/hr C2C</p> <p><br><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p><strong><br></strong></p> <p>As our Solutions Architect, youll design the backbone that connects Human Rresources in a major digital transformation for human capital management, workforce management, time & attendance, benefits and payroll platforms. Your work ensures employees are paid accurately, managers have real-time workforce insights, and leadership can trust the data driving strategic decisions.<br><strong> What Youll Do</strong><br> Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures for HRIS, time & attendance, and payroll systems integrated with ERP platforms.<br> Own Integration Strategy: In relations with the system integrators, define APIs, middleware, ETL flows, and real-time data exchange patterns that keep systems in sync.<br> Bridge Business & Technology: Translate HR, time & attendance and payroll requirements into technical blueprints that developers and stakeholders can rally around.<br> Lead Technical Delivery: Guide teams through design, build, test, and deployment; ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and usability standards.<br> Champion Data Integrity & Security: Work in collaboration with security team and system integrators, safeguard sensitive employee data with robust governance, audit, and compliance frameworks.<br> Future-Proof Systems: Evaluate proposed configuration to keep our ecosystem in a smooth evolution path & keep it ahead of the curve.</p> <p><strong>What Were Looking For</strong><br></p> <p> Experience: 7+ years in IT solutions architecture or senior technical roles, with deep exposure to HR, time & attendance, and payroll systems.<br></p> <p>Bilingual in English and French</p> <p> ERP Expertise: Hands-on integration with SAP platforms.<br></p> <p> Technical Mastery: APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware/iPaaS (SAP BTP IS, Boomi), ETL, and data mapping.<br></p> <p> Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR processes (employee lifecycle, time & attendance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, scheduling, payroll calculations).<br></p> <p> Compliance Awareness: Familiar with data protection standards and payroll regulations across jurisdictions.<br></p> <p> Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and the ability to simplify complexity.<br></p> <p>Core Competencies and Tools<br></p> <p> Experience with HR platforms (Workday).<br></p> <p> Time & Attendance in a manufacturing environment (Kronos, UKG Pro WFM)<br></p> <p> Multi-country payroll project exposure.<br></p> <p> Agile delivery and CI/CD integration experience.<br></p> <p> Experience on some SAP core processes in a manufacturing environment</p> <p><strong><br></strong></p>Create Your Resume First
