This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market position.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities / Duties:</b></p><p><br></p><p>Strategic Planning & Execution</p><p>• Develop and execute long-term go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.</p><p>• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across Canadian and international markets.</p><p>• Provide executive-level consultation on company direction and performance optimization.</p><p><br></p><p>Business Development & Sales Strategy</p><p>• Lead the development of new business channels and strategic partnerships.</p><p>• Oversee sales operations, develop sales frameworks, and implement performance metrics.</p><p>• Support high-value deal structuring and negotiations with international vendors and clients.</p><p><br></p><p>International Procurement & Supplier Management</p><p>• Manage and optimize the global supply chain with an emphasis on cost-efficiency and delivery performance.</p><p>• Establish procurement strategies for importing equipment aligned with Canadian regulatory compliance.</p><p><br></p><p>Digital Strategy & Brand Development</p><p>• Oversee the development and optimization of the company website and digital presence.</p><p>• Drive social media strategy, online brand positioning, and lead-generation campaigns.</p><p><br></p><p>Business Process Automation & Operational Efficiency</p><p>• Evaluate internal processes and implement tech-enabled automation to improve workflow.</p><p>• Integrate tools and platforms for better collaboration, data reporting, and customer management.</p><p><br></p><p>Talent Development & Organizational Leadership</p><p>• Guide hiring and training strategy to build a cross-functional high-performance team.</p><p>• Provide coaching and mentorship to department heads and senior staff.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p><br></p><p>• A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required.</p><p>• Strong communication skills both verbal and written</p><p>• Strong organizational and time management skills</p><p>• Two (2) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of:</p><p>• B2B sales and client relationship management</p><p>• Implementation and execution of domestic and international market development strategies</p><p>• Strategic partnership building and stakeholder engagement</p><p>• Sales of products and services in industrial or commercial markets</p><p>• Digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, QuickBooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales Enablement platforms)</p><p>• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</p><p>• Must have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision.</p><p>• Ability to work well under pressure, time constraints and to meet deadlines.</p><p>• Ability to work and influence across functional teams.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p>Knowledge of:</p><p>• Government procurement processes and public tenders</p><p>• Familiarity with supply chain and vendor coordination</p><p>• Process improvement and operational efficiency strategies</p><p><br></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><p><br></p><p>• Company Operating Name: Alteon Equipment Inc.</p><p>• Term of employment: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>• Language of Work: English</p><p>• Work location: Alteon Equipment office: 1400 Aimco Blvd, Unit 26-27 Mississauga, ON L4W 1B2, Canada</p><p>• Business Address: 1400 Aimco Blvd, Unit 26-27 Mississauga, ON L4W 1B2, Canada</p><p>• Wage: $47.18 per hour on 35 hour work week. $85.867.60 per year.</p><p><br></p><p><b>• Benefits:</b></p><p>• Performance-based commission and bonus eligibility</p><p>• Extended health, dental, and vision coverage</p><p>• Paid vacation 2 weeks per year</p><p>• 3 Paid sick leave or personal days</p>
