In one of Canada\'s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users</li><li>Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w/business needs</li><li>Work with internal/external teams to customize/configure systems</li><li>Create & deliver training to end-users</li><li>Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring</li><li>Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Excellent communication & interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills</li><li>Up-to-date skills & knowledge of business applications</li><li>2+ years relevant IT exp w/tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk</li><li>2+ years exp with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin</li><li>Cert/exp with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Info Systems an asset</li><li>Valid drivers licence</li><li>Willing to travel to remote stores for support outside of standard business hours as needed</li></ul><p>CONNECT with us today!
