<p><b>This position will be part of a child care director team and be responsible for multi-site school age child care programs.</b></p>

<h3>Are you the right fit?</h3>

<li>Able to manage multiple school age programs and their employees</li>
<li>Experience recruiting, training and coaching supervisors and staff</li>
<li>Experience developing and managing budgets</li>
<li>Able to apply ELCC and the Y’s policies, procedures, regulations and standards</li>
<li>Able to develop and maintain partnerships with school divisions and administration</li>
<li>Proven ability to build rapport with children and their families</li>
</ul>
<h3>What else do you need?</h3>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years in a childcare setting with supervisory and/or management experience</li>
<li>Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level III. ECE II - in training would be considered.</li>
<li>Knowledge of child care regulations, best practices and school age child development</li>
<li>Understanding of emergent curriculum and staff leadership development</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work a variety of shifts and various locations</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle</li>
<li>Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification</li>
<li>Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check</li>
