As a Content/Cleaning Technician, you'll bring care and attention to every detail, handling belongings and properties with respect. From packing out treasured items to cleaning and restoring them, you'll play a vital role in helping families and businesses get back on their feet after disaster strikes.<br><br>

What You'll Do:<ul><li>Pack, protect, and transport customer belongings from damaged properties with care.</li><li>Clean, sanitize, and deodorize contents affected by water, smoke, and fire.</li><li>Restore residential and commercial spaces damaged by disasters.</li><li>Assist with documenting, tracking, and warehousing client contents using technology.</li><li>Support remediation and restoration crews as needed.</li><li>Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Previous cleaning experience.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to work well as part of a team.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to wear full PPE as required.</li><li>Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.</li></ul>
Assets That Will Set You Apart:<ul><li>Experience in the restoration industry.</li><li>IICRC certifications such as FSRT, CPT, UFT, or CCT.</li><li>Familiarity with contents tracking software (Encircle, Assured Packout).</li><li>Experience cleaning and maintaining restoration equipment.</li><li>Remediation or construction experience.</li><li>First Aid certification.</li></ul>
