Salary:

Quantum Collision is seeking an experienced and dynamic Collision Centre General Manager to lead our collision repair operations.

This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the collision centre; some key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily operations including production, scheduling and workload management.
  • Lead and coach technicians, estimators and supporting staff.
  • Ensure high quality repairs and compliance with industry and safety regulations are met.
  • Manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure high quality customer service is met.
  • Develop and maintain insurance partnerships as well as vendor relationships. Including affiliated automotive dealership Mercedes-Benz Burlington.

Strong technical knowledge of autobody repairs as well as Insurance protocols required. Previous experience managing a Collision centre is required.
