You have a good work ethic and enjoy working in a team atmosphere while providing ultimate customer satisfaction.</p><p><br><br></p><p>APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>Enrolled in the Automotive Collision Repair apprenticeship program or hold a valid Red Seal certification</li><li>Proven track record of strong performance and high productivity in collision repair</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of auto body collision repair and related mechanical systems</li><li>Previous experience working as a collision repair technician is required</li><li>Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Organized and capable of multitasking and prioritizing</li><li>Physically capable (standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.)</li><li>Reliable and shows initiative</li><li>Must have a valid Canadian drivers license</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Review damage reports and estimates to plan repair work accordingly.</li><li>Remove and replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.</li><li>Replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames, and underbody components.</li><li>Repair damaged panels, metal work, filling, and priming in preparation for paint.</li><li>Utilize pull equipment for panel alignment and fitting.</li><li>Use plastic welding equipment.</li><li>Ability to complete minor to major repairs, including removal and installation of trim panels and body panels.</li><li>Inspect repaired vehicles and conduct test drives to ensure proper handling and function.</li><li>Document repairs performed effectively.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>WHY WORK WITH CENTENNIAL:</p><ul><li>Customer-centered culture</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented environment</li><li>Professional training and development opportunities</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Company matching RRSP</li><li>Group <span >health/dental/insurance</span> coverage</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Exciting career opportunities await you at Centennial Auto Group, a rapidly expanding company with a 46-year track record of success.
