CLIENT INTERACTION<br />Interact with commercial insurance clients to gather information, assess their insurance needs, and assist in policy-related inquiries.</p><p>The Ideal candidate must have completed the RIBO License, and must be able to come in the office 5 days per week.</p><p>II. POLICY PROCESSING<br />Assist in the processing of commercial insurance policies, including data entry, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.</p><p></p><p>III. DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT <br />Maintain accurate and organized documentation for commercial insurance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.</p><p></p><p>IV. COMMUNICATION<br />Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other team members to convey policy details, coverage options, and any relevant changes.</p><p></p><p>V. RISK ASSESSMENT <br />Support in evaluating and assessing risks associated with commercial insurance applications, collaborating with underwriters as needed.</p><p></p><p>VI. CLAIMS ASSISTANCE <br />Aid clients in navigating the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters to facilitate prompt and efficient resolution.</p><p></p><p>VII. POLICY REVIEW<br />Regularly review and update commercial insurance policies, ensuring they align with clients&#39; evolving business needs and industry regulations.</p><p></p><p>VIII. MARKET RESEARCH<br />Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations related to commercial insurance to provide valuable insights to clients.</p><p></p><p>IX. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATE <br />Collaborate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other team members to enhance overall service quality and ensure a seamless client experience.</p><p><br /><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br />I. EDUCATION<br />High school diploma required; additional coursework or certification RIBO would be a great asset, or if you are willing to get the RIBO course.</p><p></p><p>II. EXPERIENCE <br />Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous. 5 plus years experinece.</p><p></p><p>III. KNOWLEDGE<br />Familiarity with commercial insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.</p><p></p><p>IV. COMMUNICATION SKILLS<br />Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>V. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS<br />Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</p><p></p><p>VI. TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY<br />Proficient in using relevant software for policy processing and documentation.</p><p></p><p>VII. CUSTOMER SERVICE <br />A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service to clients.</p><p></p><p>VIII. ADAPTABILITY<br />Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.</p></p></p></p>
