Une entreprise de télécommunications recherche un gestionnaire de baux immobiliers à Toronto pour diriger la gestion opérationnelle des baux et assurer la conformité comptable. Le candidat idéal a au moins 10 ans d'expérience en gestion des baux commerciaux, une solide formation en comptabilité et maîtrise IFRS 16. Ce rôle requiert des compétences avancées en communication en français et en anglais, car les interactions se feront principalement dans les deux langues. Une expertise en optimisation des processus est également attendue.
