<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>As <b>Content & Production Manager</b>, you’ll drive the storytelling engine of The Pink Skirt Project. 95% of your focus will be on ideation, scripting, reporting, and analytics. The other 5% will be collaborating with our media team during shoots and productions to ensure our message lands with impact.</p>
<p>You’ll own the content calendar, align growth targets with content strategy, and use data to constantly refine and elevate our storytelling.</p>
<h3>What You\'ll Do</h3>
<p><b>Content Strategy & Creation</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all content</li>
<li>Ensure every piece of content aligns with growth and engagement goals</li>
<li>Write, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impact</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Reporting & Analytics</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Track performance across social, newsletters, and campaigns</li>
<li>Use insights to refine content direction weekly</li>
<li>Report follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROI</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Production & Collaboration</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support during shoots (with our media team owning production)</li>
<li>Ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projects</li>
<li>Collaborate on event-related content and highlight campaigns</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Optimization & Growth</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Test and experiment with formats, messaging, and platforms</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for higher reach and stronger conversion</li>
<li>Align content strategy with long-term follower and community growth</li>

<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<p><b>Required:</b></p>

<li>Strong creative and storytelling skills (writing, scripting, ideas)</li>
<li>Comfort with reporting, analytics, and data-driven iteration</li>
<li>Highly organized, able to manage content calendars and deadlines</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally</li>
<li>Passion for women’s empowerment and building community</li>
</ul>

<li>Copywriting that connects and converts</li>
<li>Video editing skills (short-form, recaps, social-ready)</li>
<li>Full-stack marketing skills (email, paid, funnels)</li>
<li>Experience in events or community-driven brands</li>
