<p>Hours:</p><p>Full Time, 35 hours per week, Afternoons - Mon-Fri, 4:30pm – 12:30am.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 18 years of age</li><li>Minimum High School Diploma</li><li>Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certificate</li><li>Clear Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Persons Screening</li><li>Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, WHMIS</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Organized with excellent interpersonal skillsAble to make thoughtful decisions</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to complete basic custodial procedures</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools such as hammers, pliers, etc.</li><li>Regular lifting of up to 40lbs independently, over 50lbs with assistance</li><li>Carry equipment up and down stairs; climb ladders up to 25 feet</li><li>Knowledge of and ability to operate janitorial equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, etc.</li></ul><p>Rate:</p><p>starting rate $18.00/hr.
