<p><b>Position: </b>Customer Service Representative</p><p><b>Location:</b> Vaughan, ON (5 days onsite)</p><p><b>Job Type:</b> Full-Time, onsite</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a <b>Customer Service Representative</b> to join their Vaughan team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver professional support in a B2B environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><p>- Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and requests via phone and email.</p><p>- Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up with business clients.</p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.</p><p>- Navigate ERP and CRM systems to manage customer accounts and transactions.</p><p>- Support day-to-day customer service operations as required.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><br></p><p>- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (B2B experience preferred).</p><p>- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is an asset.</p><p>- Strong technical skills with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.</p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Please send resume in word format to Sarah Ismail at sarah.ismail@quantum.ca.</b></p><p><br></p><p>REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
