Data Entry - Warehouse Clerk

Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Warehouse Data Entry Specialist to join their busy Mississauga, ON location. This role supports the installation team by ensuring all equipment orders and serial codes are accurately entered and verified in the internal system. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment. This will be a 6-month contract with potential for an extension or to go permanent.<br><b>Benefits & Perks</b><ul><li>Compensation: $22 to $25/hour.</li><li>100% in-office at the Mississauga branch – on-site parking and transit access available.</li><li>Regular hours, approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.</li><li>6-month contract with potential for an extension or to go permanent.</li></ul><b>Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Enter and verify equipment serial numbers, codes, and order details in the company’s internal project dashboard.</li><li>Check that incoming equipment matches what was ordered, ensuring all information is accurately updated in the system.</li><li>Upload order documents and paperwork from the Equipment CSR team into the internal system.</li><li>Assist with coordinating deliveries and installations by confirming which equipment has arrived and what’s pending.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all incoming orders and communications.</li><li>Support general office and warehouse administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul><b>Qualifications</b><ul><li>Over 1 year of data entry, warehouse coordination, or administrative support preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and verifying data.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with internal databases or dashboards.</li><li>Highly organized with good time management and communication skills.</li><li>Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br></li></ul>At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
