Reporting to the Market Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for safely transporting items between GoFors customers and their end-users, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer experiences.</p><p>You may be required to carry deliveries into homes or upstairs, always handling goods and customer property with care. Any issues must be escalated promptly and professionally.</p><p></p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>13-hour shifts, 3 days per week</li><li>Operating across a 6-day coverage window with rotating crews</li><li>Shift times may vary based on business needs</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Load and organize deliveries using the most efficient route</li><li>Safely operate and maintain a <strong>5-ton truck</strong> in accordance with company and legal requirements</li><li>Deliver products to residential and commercial locations, including stairs or entryways when needed</li><li>Lift and carry items up to <strong>150 lbs</strong> alone or <strong>300 lbs</strong> with a partner using safe techniques</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Maintain delivery documentation, including status updates, logs, and mileage records</li><li>Keep vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs</li><li>Work collaboratively with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams</li><li>Ensure all products are in good condition upon delivery</li><li>May be required to operate a <strong>1-tonne truck</strong> and assist with shipment prep</li><li>Perform other duties and support projects as assigned</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience driving 5-ton trucks</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license with a clean abstract</li><li>Physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting</li><li>Availability for 13-hour shifts and weekend work</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Basic computer/mobile app literacy</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li><li>Professionalism under pressure and problem-solving ability</li><li>Personal qualities: integrity, reliability, commitment, and team spirit</li><li>Must use proper PPE; smartphone access is an asset<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Diversity, Inclusion & Accommodation</strong></p><p>At GoFor, we believe diversity drives innovation and performance.
