We are excited to present this opportunity and look forward to hearing from you. _<br /><br />*Compensation: Tiered*<br /><br />- Base pay 40% of collections.<br /><br />- Increase in base pay based on years of associateship.<br /><br />- Minimum annual salary guarantee based on experience.<br /><br />- Other bonus structures in relation to practice performance are available to be discussed during the interview.<br /><br />*Who: General practice dentists licensed in Ontario*<br /><br />- Must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.<br /><br />- Must demonstrate proficiency in treatment planning and patient management.<br /><br />- Must have excellent patient communication skills.<br /><br />- Must be comfortable practising independently.<br /><br />- Must be able to work hand in hand with the practice hygiene program.<br /><br />- Clinical experience an asset.<br /><br />- Will consider new grads based on an interview with primary doctor and demonstration of competence with patient management.<br /><br />Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent<br /><br />Pay: $250,000.00-$500,000.00 per year<br /><br />Work Location: In person
