We're looking for a desktop technician.</p><p>Please be advised this role is required to work 100% in office during training and afterwards.</p><p><em>This role requires you to work in office during training and afterwards.</em></p><p><em>Hours of operation; Monday to Friday; 8h00am to 5h00pm.</em> <br><br><em>Possible overtime as needed.</em></p><p><em>Salary; $50,000 annually.</em></p><p>Role Responsibilities;</p><ul><li>Preparing hardware and peripherals for distribution to employees, according to deployment schedules.</li><li>Install and configure software & hardware for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, TVs and associate peripherals.</li><li>Prepare, pack and ship equipment to remote employees, ensuring timely delivery and conducting pre-shipment testing & Verification to confirm functionality and no missing items.</li><li>Receive, sanitize, log and check and restock returned equipment.</li><li>Create shipping labels for employees returning equipment by courier and keep record of return log.</li><li>Provide basic on site technical assistance & troubleshooting to end users.</li><li>Not limited to the duties listed here.</li></ul><p>Experience and Qualifications:</p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience with Windows operating systems.</li><li>At least three years of experience with computer hardware, troubleshooting and repairing.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office professional tools and Active Directory.</li><li>Computer-related post secondary education is an asset.</li></ul><p>Who you are?</p><ul><li>Analytical and solution oriented.</li><li>Proven ability to multitask.</li><li>Meticulous in process managements.</li><li>Strong communicator both oral and written.</li><li>Results driven and dependable.</li><li>Highly organized and punctual</li></ul><p>We are an accessible workplace.</p><p><em>Individual accommodation shall be provided for applicants with disabilities who meet the required qualifications.
