Location: 2633 Nootka St, Unit 110, Vancouver, British Columbia V5M 3M4 E-Mail: Number of Positions: 1 Position: Digital Marketing Manager Duration: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 40/week Salary: $38.46/hr Overtime: As per provincial standards - $57.69/hr after 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week Language of work: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: Minimum 1-year experience required, meeting the same job description Benefits: Discretionary bonus Equity match 3 weeks vacation Extended medical benefits Onsite gym & paid lunches Job Duties: Improve Customer Retention Rates Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn across key segments. Drive Repeat Revenue Growth Launch and optimize campaigns aimed at increasing repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. Segment and Optimize Customer Database Continuously refine customer segmentation to enable targeted marketing efforts and improve campaign performance. Evaluate and Implement Retention Tools Identify, assess, and onboard new platforms or technologies that enhance retention marketing capabilities. Analyze Performance and Report Insights Monitor campaign metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
