So, if you know where you’re headed, we have the training and career development to help you get there.</p>Job Description<br><br><ul><li><p><strong>Load and unload different types of freight from/to different trailers or stage it on the dock using our electronic handheld device</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Housekeeping duties </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Use handheld device to note any exceptions - <span >shortages/overages/damages/no</span> bills</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Cube and/or reweigh freight as necessary using Dimensioner machine or manually when required.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Assist co-workers and drivers in loading, unloading or finding freight </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Start heaters, placard trailers as required</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Load freight in specified sequence for maximum usage of trailer space and take pictures per procedure.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Other duties may be assigned</strong></p></li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li><strong>Must have MINIMUM of 2 years forklift experience</strong></li><li>Must be punctual and have good attendance</li><li>Cross-dock experience preferred</li><li>Able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines</li><li>Able to lift 50 lbs, sometimes repetitive</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage various tasks successfully</li><li>Developed problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and judgment skills</li></ul><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Benefits – including short-term and long-term disability</li><li>Ask About Our Dock To Driver Program!</li><li>And more!</li></ul></p></p>
