We believe that as an Electrician, you are a key member of the team. Our area of work is new construction and existing buildings, repair, maintenance and service of electrical infrastructure and electrical equipment. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we specialize in new builds and renovation projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced licensed electrician to join our dynamic team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As an experienced Industrial and Commercial Electrician at JDass Developments you will be responsible for:</p><p>- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings.</p><p>- Working on new build projects and renovation of existing structures.</p><p>- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.</p><p>- Ensuring all electrical work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.</p><p>- Diagnosing electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.</p><p>- Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure project completion on schedule.</p><p>- Working extensively with BX (armored) wiring, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.</p><p>- Working extensively with EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing) conduit, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.</p><p>- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.</p><p>- Minimum 5 years of electrician experience is required.</p><p>- Proven experience in industrial and commercial electrical work.</p><p>- Expertise in new builds and renovation projects.</p><p>- Strong knowledge of BX (armored) wiring and EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing) conduit systems, tools, and equipment.</p><p>- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.</p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, at heights).</p><p>- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.</p><p></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Electrician: 5 years (preferred)</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>- Competitive salary based on experience.</p><p>- Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</p><p>- Positive and supportive work environment.</p><p>J Dass Developments is an equal opportunity employer.
