Starting wage is $18.50 plus shift premiums. Must be available for awake overnight shifts throughout the week and on weekends. Some shifts will be booked in advance. Some shifts will be offered on short-notice/on-call basis.</p></br></br><h3>Responsibilities</h3></br><ul></br><li>Work as a Part-time Emergency Shelter Worker for night shifts (awake overnight).</li></br><li>Provide support to residents and help maintain safety and order during 7pm–7am shifts.</li></br><li>Perform basic duties including janitorial tasks, laundry, and basic food preparation as required.</li></br></ul></br></br><h3>Qualifications</h3></br><ul></br><li>Skills: basic computer skills, janitorial, laundry, basic food prep.</li></br><li>Experience working with houseless adults and individuals struggling with mental health and addictions is considered an asset.</li></br><li>Education: Grade 12</li></br><li>Experience: 0-6 months</li></br></ul></br></br><h3>Compensation & Employment Details</h3></br><p>Wage: $18.50 to $20/hr depending on shift premiums.
