Location: Currently, this position may be performed only in the following provinces/territories: AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, ON, QC, PE, and SK.

Your Qualifications:
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Agent (Remote) role include:
β The ability to speak/write fluently in French and English
β A high school diploma or GED
β Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking
β Eagerness to learn new technologies
β Submit to and pass a criminal background check
β Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
β Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
β A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
β PC/Laptop with at least Windows 11 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible), 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 250 GB SSD
β High-speed internet with Ethernet cable (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) Upload 100 Mbps and 30 Mbps Download speeds
β Preference to 2 monitors or 1 large screen
β Noise-canceling USB-connected Headset
β Webcam
β Smartphone
Key Responsibilities:
β Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
β Support email inquiries and chatrooms.
β Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
β Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
β Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
β The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You donβt need to be a tech genius. You do need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in a fully digital environment.
β Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets.
