Operating in a dynamic and competitive environment, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safe and efficient operations with a strong client focus. You will drive projects to successful outcomes by meeting schedule, contract specifications, timelines, and budgets, contributing to continued growth and success. Collaboration will be essential to maintaining open communication and high standards of service delivery, while ensuring adherence to FLINT’s core values and ethical standards.</p></br><p><b>What would you be doing?</b></p></br><ul></br><li>Provide strategic planning within larger projects to align with organizational goals and objectives, while managing complex and/or multiple projects simultaneously.</li></br><li>Responsible for overall management and execution of assessment, remediation, reclamation and closure activities in the upstream oil and gas industry in Alberta and Saskatchewan.</li></br><li>Mentorship and team development.</li></br><li>Make critical project decisions and prepare essential documents, including work plans, cost estimates and subcontractor management.</li></br><li>Control, forecast, and monitor all project costs, ensuring site progress aligns with planned work while holding accountability for managing project interfaces and subcontractors.</li></br><li>Support requests for proposal preparation and contractor bidding documents.</li></br><li>Support the analysis of environmental and regulatory risks for new business opportunities, maintain vendor relationships, participate in training and team meetings, implement safety programs, and ensure timely completion of administrative duties such as claims and invoices.</li></br></ul></br><p><b>Perks of the job</b></p></br><ul></br><li>Comprehensive insurance and benefits package</li></br><li>RRSP Plan and Health Care Spending Account</li></br><li>Paid vacation</li></br><li>Competitive compensation</li></br></ul></br><p><b>Qualifications</b></p></br><ul></br><li>5+ years of demonstratedproject management experience in assessment, remediation, reclamation and closure in the upstream oil and gas industry in Alberta and Saskatchewan.</li></br><li>Holds an applicable professional designation with the AIA, APEGA, ASBP or comparable with ability to sign off on assessment, remediation and/or reclamation scopes of work. Preference will be given to candidates with designations or the ability to hold a designation in both Alberta and Saskatchewan.</li></br><li>Demonstrated experience developing scopes of work, cost estimates, scheduling, project accounting and reporting.</li></br><li>Strong field experience. Fieldwork anticipated to support project kick-off, lead execution and training / team development.</li></br><li>Preference will be given to candidates with experience and dual professional designation/sign‑off capacity in Saskatchewan and Alberta.</li></br><li>Must possess relevant professional designationwith the ability to sign off on contaminated site assessments in Saskatchewan.</li></br><li>Should also be familiar with the application of SST and PNG045.</li></br></ul></br><p><b>Additional Information</b></p></br><p>Candidates shortlisted will be required to complete the Profile TRAITS Survey.</p></br><p>The purpose of the TRAITS Survey tool is to assist FLINT in understanding individuals' behaviours and supporting the best use of their strengths, abilities, and potential.</p></br><p>This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.</p></br><p><b>Our Commitment to Our People</b></p></br><p>When You Join FLINT, We Make These Promises</p></br><ul></br><li>Your work will matter.
