<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>StrategyCorp Inc. is seeking a motivated <strong>Executive Assistant </strong>in our Ottawa location. <br><br>The Executive Assistant is someone who is passionate about public policy and government relations and enjoys managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Their primary role will be supporting the assigned Principals and practice team, assisting with a variety of tasks related to both current clients and business development. They will also be responsible for general office management duties.<br><br>To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:<br><br><strong>Principal Support Responsibilities:</strong><b> </b><ul><li>Keeping Sr. Management calendars up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings</li><li>Manage travel bookings including flights, hotel and transportation</li><li>Management of timesheets, expenses and other finance related activities</li></ul><strong>Practice Support:</strong><ul><li>Assisting Practice Group Head with team resourcing and monitoring of workloads</li><li>QA & formatting of reports and proposals on various topics based on the needs of the group</li><li>Supporting document preparation, including printing and delivery of proposals</li><li>Maintain and develop the website & qualification library for the group</li><li>Organizing onboarding and off boarding of consultants</li><li>Support Sr. Advisors onboarding, timesheets, ad hoc requests and invoicing </li><li>Planning and organizing group events that take place externally and internally, such as client lunches, meetings and appreciation events</li><li>Performing a variety of administrative task deemed necessary to support the group</li><li>Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality</li><li>Back up on Lobby Registration</li><li>Variety of office management duties, including maintenance of office and kitchen supplies, working with building maintenance and security and general upkeep of office environment.</li></ul><strong>What will you contribute?</strong><ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Administration or equivalent, with 3 - 5 years relevant experience. </li><li>Superior verbal communication and professional writing skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Self-motivated and resourceful – able to solve problems, make decisions in a timely manner, and go above and beyond the call of duty.</li><li>Ability to work with and protect highly sensitive, confidential information.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.</li><li>Teamwork and communications abilities to work with many people at all levels to coordinate assignments.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to correct grammar, spelling, and narrative flow.</li><li>Bilingualism (French) an asset.</li></ul><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><ul><li>Opportunity to work in a collaborative and high-impact environment.</li><li>Competitive Salary of $65,000 CAD annually</li><li>Career development; we believe in growing our people and helping them achieve their goals</li><li>Health benefits & Wellness Account, covered by us!</li><li>3 weeks of vacation, flex days and a long break during the holidays</li><li>Parental Leave Top-up</li><li>Phone allowance</li><li>And a whole lot more…</li></ul><strong>Sound like you?
