Develop work schedules and establish procedures Maintain quality control and production records Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and supplies. May perform general farm duties, when required. Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning.
