Job Description

<p>Our client requires a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant, for a multiyear SAP S4HANA Implementation project.</p><p>The Fieldglass Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing and deploying solutions that optimize their use of contingent labor, and providing ongoing support and training.</p><p>Start Date:<br>November 3, 2025</p><p>End Date:<br>September 30, 2026 This is a 2 + year program</p><p>Location:<br>Winnipeg/ Remote. Largely Remote/some ADHOC travel will be required for Workshops, key milestones.</p><p>Resources:<br>Open to CAN and US based consultants</p><p>Key Requirements</p><ul><li>A thorough understanding of the Fieldglass VMS is essential, along with experience in system configuration, implementation, and customization.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Good understanding of contingent labor management principles and practices, including strategies for optimizing a client's contingent workforce.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing client expectations.</li><li>Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Public sector experience is preferred</li></ul><p>Must have Work Authorization for Canada.</p><p>The Addmore Group is the premier provider of SAP related resources in Canada and the US.
