<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>This senior-level role is ideal for someone passionate about <b>cloud financial management</b>, <b>cost optimization</b>, and <b>solutioning. </b>We're looking for a hands-on leader who is actively engaged in the <b>FinOps community</b> and ready to drive strategic impact.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Highlights:</b></p><ul><li>Define and execute <b>cloud financial strategy</b></li><li>Establish <b>governance frameworks</b> and FinOps best practices</li><li>Lead a <b>high-performing FinOps team</b></li><li>Collaborate with <b>finance, engineering, and product teams</b></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>Proven <b>FinOps experience</b></li><li><b>Automation and Solution Architect FinOps </b>Experience</li><li>Excellent <b>communication and stakeholder management</b></li><li>Active involvement in the <b>FinOps Community</b> or similar industry groups</li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p>Please note that Individual must be willing to work from office -</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Four days are required from October 2025 to January 2026</li><li>and five days are compulsory from February 2026 forward</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>FinOps SME for Public Cloud</b></p><p>Responsibilities of FinOps Practitioner:</p><p><br></p><p>• Conduct training and on boarding sessions on FinOps for various stakeholders</p><p>• Help the customer with on boarding process and adoption of the HCL FinOps platform</p><p>• Identify and communicate dependencies on various stakeholders</p><p>• Plan and collate the Cloud FinOps requirements with the Customer</p><p>• Assessment of existing reports and data around cloud spend</p><p>• Assessment of Past bills and invoices/purchases</p><p>• Assessment of current utilizations on Cloud services</p><p>• Conduct periodic performance reviews with various stakeholders to optimize cloud consumption</p><p>• Deliver sample chargeback and show back reports from the FinOps Tool</p><p>• Flag any suspicious cost spikes, help in setting anomaly, and budget alerts for BU Teams</p><p>• Set scheduling rules, optimization rules, etc. as per the Customer requirements</p><p>• Showback/Chargeback and Business unit custom integration recommendation</p><p>• Work with the customer to help define Public Cloud Policies related to FinOps</p><p>• Track recommendations and initiatives</p><p>• Quick wins identification, Roadmap & Platform Recommendation with Business Case</p><p>• Cost Allocation (Tagging, Hierarchy, Metadata and Shared Cost)</p><p>• Implementing Environment Hygiene & Best Practices</p><p>• Tracking Cloud Consumption & Spend Forecasting</p><p>• Performing Budget Management and Anomaly detection</p><p>• Utilizing Cloud Policy & Governance /Third Party Tool/Custom Dashboard</p><p></p>
