<p>FIT4LE<br>SS<br>HOST<br>Who is a Host?<br>The Host provides friendly customer and membership services and completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards and expectations to deliver Fit4Less' friendly, clean, and automated brand.</p><p>Job Summary:<br>Performs and completes cleanliness tasks and duties to ensure safety for everyone in the club to deliver consistent cleanliness for members, associates and prospective members.:</p><ul><li>Cleans and tidies to the cleanliness standards and expectations as outlined</li><li>in cleaning and inspection guidelines.</li><li>Provides friendly customer interaction when cleanliness tasks are being completed on the workout floor.</li><li>Contributes to the everybody cleans mindset.</li><li>Completes and reads daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks, communications and training to achieve standard expectations.</li><li>Informs and reports deficiencies using standard guideline expectations to engage appropriate actions, individuals and resolutions.</li></ul><p>Provides friendly customer service that follow Fit4Less guidelines, processes and procedures to deliver consistent service to members and prospective members.:</p><ul><li>Welcomes everybody warmly in the club with hi, bye and thank you.</li><li>Helps and educates members and guests with memberships, amenities, automation and processes.</li><li>Promotes black card amenities and memberships.</li><li>Contributes to a courteous and friendly workplace environment to meet Fit4Less' brand and required expectations.</li><li>Completes tasks and responsibilities by the set timelines.</li><li>Completes and reads daily, weekly and monthly tasks, communications and training to standard expectations.</li><li>Informs and works with the manager for progress relating to customer service and escalation support.</li><li>Addresses, informs and reports incidents of concern using the standard process expectations.</li></ul><p>Sells and suggests memberships and provides assistance for membership management to support Fit4Less purpose.</p><p>Assists and provides appropriate access to and within the club to educate on automated and virtual options and the processes to allow a member to experience an automated way to utilize the club and their membership.</p><p>Our Ideal Fit4Less Candidate:</p><ul><li>High School diploma, or working toward completion.</li><li>1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience</li><li>Verbal communication skills</li><li>Written communication skills</li><li>WHMIS</li><li>First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification</li><li>Puts a lot of effort into their activities.</li><li>Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.</li><li>Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.</li><li>Values time and uses their time effectively and efficiently.</li></ul><p>Working with Fit4Less Gives You:</p><ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Free Fitness membership</li><li>Fun and energetic atmosphere to come to every day</li></ul><p>Compensation:<br>$ $17.20</p><p>This job posting is for an existing vacancy.</p><p>Diversity and Inclusion<br>At Fit4Less, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and members feel valued, respected and supported.
