<p>The Royal Hamilton Yacht Club is looking for talented individual to join the front-of-house team. As a part of the front of house team, you will play an integral role in providing top-notch service and upholding our restaurant standards of excellence.</p><p>We are a private club, serving our members and their guests. We have a patio, pool and dining facilities. We have a busy summer schedule filled with regattas and social events.</p><p>FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER</p><p>As the Front of House Manager, you will play an integral role in the running of the restaurant's daily operations, HR, scheduling, training and more.</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>· Minimum two-three years restaurant management</p><p>· Background in wine, beer & spirits</p><p>· Proven leadership skills and positive attitude</p><p>· Strong sense of teamwork and a passion for food & drink, and guest experience</p><p>· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge</p><p>· Smart Serve Certified</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Basic responsibilities of the role include:</p><ul><li>Hands-on management during lunch and dinner service</li><li>Recruiting, training and scheduling employees</li><li>Ensuring health and safety standards are met</li><li>Using a Point of Sales System</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Oversee day-to-day restaurant services</li><li>Ensuring employment standards are followed</li><li>Inventory management</li><li>Working with our club volunteers for their F&B requirements</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
