Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of active Ontario clinic opportunities and is currently seeking Family Physicians and Specialist Physicians to join primary care clinics and specialty practices across the province.
Position: General Practitioner
Location: Warden & Finch area, Scarborough, Ontario
Type: Full-time preferred (part-time considered) | Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends)
Start Date: ASAP
Overview
A modern, well-supported medical clinic in Scarborough is seeking a General Practitioner to join a growing practice with an established patient panel and significant opportunity to expand.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
- Manage a rostered/paneled practice with support to grow your panel over time
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with efficient clinic workflows
- Collaborate with onsite support staff to optimize care delivery and continuity
Clinic & Practice Environment
- Approx. 3,000 sq ft clinic
- 8 exam rooms + 1 procedure room
- Full administrative support team, including reception and a physician assistant
- Technology-forward environment using Oscar Pro, Nexus AI Scribe, and Ocean MD
- Attached pharmacy for patient convenience (not part of the business)
- On-site parking
Compensation
- Estimated first-year earnings: ~$500,000
- 80/20 fee split
Requirements
- CPSO registration in good standing (required)
Nice-to-Have
- Ability to speak Tamil (asset, not required)
