Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team in a role that involves working in both winding and stacking/assembly areas to contribute to the production of power distribution units.Responsibilities
* Perform fast-paced winding of coils, lifting up to 50lbs of raw material.
* Set up the winder and feed raw metal through, making necessary adjustments or changeovers.
* Brazing metal when needed, ensuring safety due to hot surfaces and sharp edges.
* Refer to blueprints and diagrams for accurate metal piece cutting and assembly.
* Stack metal pieces together using epoxy and temporary taping.
* Use hammers and tools to align the core accurately.Essential Skills
* 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
* 1+ years of experience reading and working off of blueprints.
* Mechanical and electrical capabilities.
* Proficiency with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with core assembly, transformers, and switch gears.
