About This Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Marketing who can bridge the gap between big‑picture thinking and execution. You'll lead our marketing efforts in partnership with our external agency, turning data into decisions and campaigns into conversions.
This role represents the next evolution of our marketing leadership as we scale. You'll step into a strong foundation and have the opportunity to elevate it further—with agency support, leadership autonomy, and direct impact on company growth.

What You'll Own Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Local Services Ads
- Drive SEO strategy and track organic growth
- Own the metrics that matter: lead generation, appointment conversion, campaign ROI, and cost-per-acquisition
- Be the primary bridge between our team and our marketing agency, collaborating daily to align on priorities and optimize performance
- Co‑develop and execute our marketing strategy based on business goals and market opportunities
- Balance agency expertise with internal knowledge to drive the best results
Organic Social & Content
- Lead our organic presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop content strategies that build brand awareness and community engagement
- Test, iterate, and scale what works
Data‑Driven Decision Making
- Monitor KPIs daily and weekly, identifying trends and opportunities before they become problems
- Create clear reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes
- Continuously experiment with new approaches and optimize based on results
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- 3–5 years in performance marketing with proven results
- Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google LSA campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and execution
- Experience building and managing organic social media strategies
- Comfort with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Previous experience managing or mentoring others

- Google Ads Search Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)

- Experience scaling campaigns with limited budgets
