Job Description

<p>Join our team as a full-time Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic supporting our ready-mix concrete operations at Tritec Concrete in St. Eustache, MB. You'll play a key role in maintaining our fleet of ready-mix agitator trucks, semi-trucks, loaders and various machinery to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers. Our shop comes equipped with in-floor heating and all the necessary tools and equipment to perform repairs on our machinery safely and efficiently.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, brake, and electrical faults on heavy-duty vehicles and ready-mix agitator trucks</li><li>Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance across the fleet</li><li>Maintain and repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and PTO-driven components</li><li>Conduct inspections on agitator systems, chutes, water systems, and mixers</li><li>Support breakdown response to minimise operational downtime</li><li>Keep accurate maintenance and compliance records (Service logs, defect reports)</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and industry standards</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Certificate Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification / work experience)</li><li>Experience working with heavy trucks, construction equipment, or ready-mix/concrete agitator fleets (highly regarded)</li><li>Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment</li><li>Valid driver's licence (Class 3)</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and compliance</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive remuneration + overtime opportunities</li><li>Stable, full-time role with a well-established ready-mix company</li><li>Modern workshop and company-supplied tooling/equipment</li><li>Supportive team culture with ongoing training</li><li>Opportunity for career progression into supervisory or leading-hand roles</li></ul><p>How to Apply</p><p>Submit your resume and brief cover letter to <br><br>For more information, contact Stefan at </p><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: From $26.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
