<p><b>HSER Technician</b></p><p><br></p><p>Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently looking for a HSER Technician to support our company's field assets and operations team in Alberta and British Columbia. This position is based out of our Calgary office. </p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Director of Safety Operations the successful candidate will be responsible for or assist with the following duties but not be limited to:</p><p><br></p><p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and implement HSER policies, procedures, and programs.</li><li>Coordinate and deliver HSER training, onboarding, and awareness initiatives.</li><li>Evaluate contractor and vendor HSER performance and ensure compliance with company standards.</li><li>Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, response planning, and incident follow-up.</li><li>Maintain and organize HSER documentation, records, audits, and compliance reports.</li><li>Track and analyze HSER metrics, KPIs, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Assist in investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of safety culture and environmental performance across operations.</li><li>Provide general HSER support to management and field teams as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Five years of experience in oil and gas.</li><li>Post secondary education is considered an asset.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Positive energy, hard work ethic excellent communication skills.</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.</li></ul><p></p>
