Gatineau OfficeWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative who is interested in joining a dynamic team at the forefront of the SASE success story. You will be part of a sales team that is responsible for recruiting and managing partners as well as creating demand for our solution in the marketplace.


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling and marketing Adaptiv Networks solutions to new and existing partners as well as building and managing a pipeline of end customer prospects from their activities and incoming inquiries. The Inside Sales Representative works hand in hand with the sales and marketings teams to execute outbound campaigns that will drive our business and transform prospects into qualified opportunities and deals. The Inside Sales Representative is a role with a healthy mix of inbound and outbound activities and a great way to learn and grow in a very dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, ensure regular follow-ups, identify growth opportunities, and support their engagement with Adaptiv.
  • Handle and grow selected direct customer accounts (legacy clients).
  • Prospect new channel partners (specifically MSPs) and end-customers, primarily with a focus on those serving small business and mid-market clients.
  • Using a multi-channel strategy, follow-up with inbound leads and transform them into qualified prospects.
  • Drive timely prospect qualification intelligence to Channel Sales Managers (CSM) to help accelerate partner recruitment sales cycle.
  • Assist the sales team to identify, nurture and develop opportunities with new and existing channel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Support, Marketing) to ensure a consistent and proactive customer experience.
  • Work alongside marketing to put out marketing campaigns both email and trade show related, including occasional presence in trade shows.
  • Process standard orders coming from our partners and input them in Salesforce for fulfillment.
  • Manage all contact and lead activity using Salesforce.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel outbound campaigns, leveraging tools like mass emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the channel-centric sales cycle, with hands-on experience in discovery and educating channel prospects.
  • Confidence and professionalism in engaging with a diverse range of customer personas.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for the IT networking and connectivity industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • College diploma or bachelors degree required.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English.

Responsabilits

  • Grer un portefeuille de partenaires assigns, assurer un suivi rgulier, identifier les opportunits de croissance, et soutenir leur engagement avec Adaptiv.
  • Assurer la gestion et le dveloppement de certains comptes clients directs existants (clients legacy).
  • Prospecter et dmarcher de nouveaux partenaires (notamment les MSP) et des clients finaux, en mettant laccent sur le march des petites et moyennes entreprises.
  • Utiliser une stratgie multicanal pour suivre les leads entrants et les transformer en opportunits qualifies.
  • Fournir des renseignements rapides et prcis sur la qualification des leads lquipe des ventes pour acclrer le cycle de recrutement des partenaires.
  • Aider lquipe de vente identifier, cultiver et dvelopper des opportunits avec de nouveaux et danciens partenaires.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes internes (CSM, Support, Marketing) pour assurer une exprience client cohrente et proactive.
  • Collaborer avec le marketing pour organiser des campagnes, notamment par courriel et lors de salons professionnels, avec une prsence occasionnelle sur place.
  • Traiter les commandes standard provenant de nos partenaires et les enregistrer dans Salesforce pour excution.
  • Grer toutes les activits de contact et de lead via Salesforce.
  • Maintenir une connaissance oprationnelle des produits de lentreprise.



Exigences

  • Capacit dmontre excuter des campagnes sortantes multicanal en utilisant des outils tels que les courriels groups, LinkedIn et les appels froid pour identifier de nouvelles opportunits commerciales.
  • Bonne comprhension du cycle de vente centr sur les canaux de revente et de distribution, avec une exprience pratique en dcouverte et en ducation des partenaires ventuels.
  • Confiance et professionnalisme dans les interactions avec un ventail diversifi de clients.
  • Connaissance et enthousiasme pour lindustrie des rseaux informatiques et de la connectivit.
  • Minimum de 3 ans dexprience en ventes, marketing ou service la clientle.
  • Diplme collgial ou universitaire requis.
  • Matrise du franais et de langlais, loral comme lcrit.
