<p><b>TRAININGFOLKS</b></p><p>IS CURRENTLY SEEKING a Learning Experience Designer for a hybrid contract.</p><p> </p><p>TrainingFolks is a global provider of custom learning solutions, consulting and contingent workforce services. We address our clients' issues of urgency, capacity and capability.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Description:</b> </p><p>The Learning Designer is responsible for consulting with identified stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis for an identified target audience, and complete analysis reports, content outlines and visual storyboards to address knowledge and/or performance gaps, and to develop eLearning modules to support learning that will foster accelerated change, drive improved performance and enable more effective decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Collaborating with Learning Team members, as well as Subject Matter Experts to write learning objectives, format and edit (mostly existing) storyboard content</li><li>Designing learning experiences through engaging interactivity and knowledge assessments</li><li>Developing eLearning modules using client specific authoring tools</li><li>Focusing on specific, singular modules</li><li>Using client's own methodologies, tools, templates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimal client industry or line of business experience</li><li>Minimal knowledge of subject matter</li><li>Less than 4 years of eLearning design/development experience</li><li>Experience in e-learning design/development of individual modules; content in existence</li><li>Designed/developed e-learning modules for entry-level or front-line employees</li><li>Basic Instructional Design Certification</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Application Details:</b></p><p>Overall compensation for this role is positioned as 'competitive' and will vary depending on your level of experience, and number of years you have applied your skills.</p><p>If you are interested in this role, hit 'apply', or send the following documents to and reference 'IT - TO'</p><ul><li>Resume (in Word format)</li></ul><p>We thank all applicants for their interest in exploring opportunities with TrainingFolks, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>
