Job Description / Duties

• First point of contact in helping customers in person and over the phone with MPI, Travel, and basic Personal Lines insurance needs.
• Educating and guiding clients to protect what matters most to them while building lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with teammates in a supportive and friendly environment.
• Continuously learning and growing your product and industry knowledge.
• Finding opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by truly understanding clients’ needs.
• Bringing a positive and team focused attitude to the office every day.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified) and preferred previous experience in MPI Services.
• Experience with EPIC software and insurance company portals is a bonus!
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (you love helping people).
• A professional, reliable, and team oriented attitude.
• A self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
