Job Description

<h2>The Role:</h2> <p>You will be responsible for : </p><ul><li>Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.</li><li>Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.</li><li>Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.</li><li>Processing invoices and expense claims.</li><li>Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.</li><li>Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.</li></ul><h2>Ideal Profile:</h2><ul><li>You have at least 1 year experience within a Account Manager or Accounts Payable / AP role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Automotive and IT Services industry.</li><li>You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments</li><li>You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data</li></ul><h2>What's on Offer?</h2><ul><li>Work alongside & learn from best in class talent</li><li>Flexible working options</li><li>Leadership Role</li></ul>
