Insight Global is looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst with a technical foundation who is excited to step into a hybrid role bridging software functionality and business needs. This position is ideal for someone early in their career—possibly a new graduate or a developer who wants to move away from full‑time coding and into a more consultative, analytical path. You’ll work closely with the team to enhance chatbot capabilities, write clear requirement tickets, and support ongoing improvements across our contact centre technology ecosystem.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of experience in a technical role (BSA or Software Developer).
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and comfort working with software tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience using JIRA for ticketing or similar Agile project management tools.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies (academic or practical experience).
