<p><b>Role :-</b> <b>Kronos Developer</b></p><p><b>Location :-</b> <b>Remote (United states)/Canada</b></p><p><b>Job Description :-</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Core responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li><b>System Development & Configuration</b></li></ul><ul><li>Design, configure, and customize Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals).</li><li>Integrate Kronos with ERP/HR systems for seamless data flow.</li><li>Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.</li><li>Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot technical issues.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation for configurations and workflows.</li><li>Develop custom reports and dashboards using Kronos reporting tools and SQL.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Collaboration & Compliance</b></li></ul><ul><li>Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Required Experience and Skills:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.</li><li>Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.</li><li>Proficiency in Kronos APIs, SQL, and reporting tools.</li><li>Knowledge of HR/payroll processes and integration techniques.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Core Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li><b>System Setup & Integration</b></li></ul><ul><li>UKG Pro WFM configuration (Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Policies).</li><li>Device setup for time clocks (InTouch DX series).</li><li>Integration with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Data Management</b></li></ul><ul><li>Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for imports/exports.</li><li>SQL for custom queries and reporting.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Functional Knowledge</b></p><ul><li><b>Labor Management</b></li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and overtime rules.</li><li>Ability to configure pay rules, rounding, and scheduling policies.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Operational Expertise</b></li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with distribution center workflows (shift patterns, break rules).</li><li>Persona-based access configuration (Manager, Supervisor, HR Admin).</li></ul><p><b>Soft Skills</b></p><ul><li>Project management and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical thinking.</li></ul><p></p>
